THE BIG PICTURE

 Beer Servers are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our tasting room, including providing table service, selling merchandise, maintaining the physical space, and interacting with customers. Beer servers are the face of the company for many of our customers, so it is their job to represent Twisted Bine Beer Co. (TBBC) and our beer in the best, most informative way possible while providing an outstanding service experience for every person who walks in our door. Beer Servers must be efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, with the ability to answer a wide range of questions on brewing, our beer, and the company. Candidates must share TBBC’s commitments to quality, safety, business ethics, and continuous innovation.

THE BIG PICTURE

• Inspect and clean, and maintain food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices

 • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

 • Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation 

• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff • Clean up station and take care of leftover food 

• Stock inventory 

Qualifications

• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience 

• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

• Strong attention to detail
